Well I’ve always said I’m a huge fan of personal choice and when it comes to picking a p90x recovery drink there’s a lot of choice out there. Looking over any workout, body building or nutrition forums will give you dozens of different opinions and answers. People believe different things and argue over the finer points and that’s fine, each to their own, but one thing is pretty clear and that’s people certainly do use a p90x recovery drink replacement and get good results with it.

I think that’s really more wishful thinking rather than anything else, it’s cheap and tastes good sure – but that can be said for plenty of real recovery drinks and your average flavored milk bottle doesn’t give you everything you need. A good P90x recovery drink replacement or p90x recovery drink alternative as it’s better known, is properly formulated to actually get you results. Rather than flavoured milk which is really just there to taste good and sell.
So what should you look for in a p90x recovery drink alternative? Well what works for each individual person can vary a little largely depending on diets and sometimes time restraints. If, for example, you have a hard time getting enough protein into your diet then a basic whey protein powder could be the way to go. If you’re not a fan of getting your daily fruit and veg then you might want to consider looking for something which gives you a good supply of vitamins. Keep in mind that these drinks should not be used in lieu of a healthy and balanced diet but if you’re going to get a supplement then you should look at where your requirements are lacking. Though I do repeat, make sure you sort that diet as well.

There’s so much choice out there which can make it hard to know what to get for your first p90x recovery drink replacement. You don’t need to know exactly what you need to start with though, if you don’t know what you need specifically then go for something with a solid base and you can change from there if you need to.
